In September 2019, VIKAR company together with FIT company towed floating reactor units and a tanker of liquid fuel from Krasheninnikov Bay to Avachinskaya Bay of Kamchatka territory and from Strelok Bay of Primorsky territory to Razboynik Bay for subsequent disposal at The DalRAO DVC – a branch of RosRAO Federal state unitary enterprise.
